1. Will the colors on your 3D printed shoes fade?
Our colored shoes are dyed after production. It’s normal for the soles to show some color
fading after extended wear. The upper part of the shoes may also have a risk of fading under
extreme conditions. Please note that such color fading is not covered under our warranty.
2. In what situations can these shoes be worn?
These shoes are versatile and suitable for various indoor and outdoor activities, including daily
commuting, walking, jogging, exercising, hiking, and stream tracing.
3. What if sand or water gets into the shoes?
Our shoes feature a hollow lattice design, allowing sand and water to drain out immediately,
preventing accumulation.
4. Why are your shoes so expensive?
Our shoes are made with advanced technology and high-quality materials, offering great value
for their cost. They are versatile for all occasions and easy to clean. Plus, we provide a 90-day
quality guarantee with hassle-free customer service. Once you experience their comfort and
durability, you'll see why they’re worth it. Many of our customers come back to buy pairs for
their family members because they love them so much.
5. Are the shoes durable and do they hold their shape?
Traditional shoes usually pass a 40,000-bend test to be considered durable. Our shoes have
passed a 100,000-bend test, greatly exceeding the standard, so they resist deformation even
with long-term wear.
6. Are the shoes non-slip?
Our shoes have passed anti-slip tests and meet national standards. However, be cautious on oily
tiles and slippery moss.
For Cells and UU kids' shoes, go one size down.
For Flex shoes, order your true size.(same as your sports shoes).
For Cells, Flex, and UU shoes, if you are a half size, order the smaller size (e.g., if you are a 38.5,
choose size 38).
For slides, if you are a half size, order the larger size (e.g., if you are a 38.5, choose size 39).
If you know your foot length, refer to the size chart on the product page and choose a size with
an inner length slightly longer than your foot length (e.g., for a 25cm foot length, choose size 39).
8. Will white shoes turn yellow?
All white shoes can yellow over time. We've added anti-yellowing agents to our materials, so
with regular cleaning and proper care, our shoes are less likely to yellow.
9. These shoes can’t be worn in winter.
Our shoes are breathable casual sport shoes. In the South of China, you can wear them with
socks for about 8-10 months of the year. For the rest of the year, give your other shoes a chance.
10. Why is the weight of the left and right shoes is different?
Due to the unique nature of 3D printing, there might be slight weight differences between the
left and right shoes. If the difference exceeds 20 grams, you can exchange them.
11. Why do the shoes have ripples and pores?
These are normal results of the 3D printing process caused by temperature fluctuations and
slight vibrations during printing. They don't affect the wearability of the shoes. (If there are large
areas or the customer is particularly concerned, we offer exchanges.)
12. How much do the shoes weigh?
Our shoes are designed to be lightweight. A single adult shoe in size 39 weighs about the same
as an iPhone.
13. Are all your shoe materials the same?
Yes, all our products (except for the buckles) are made from the same high-quality materials.
14. How do these shoes differ from traditional shoes?
Our shoes are made using 3D printing technology, resulting in a single, cohesive structure
without any glue. The hollow lattice sole design makes the shoes lightweight and provides
superior cushioning and rebound, advantages that traditional shoemaking methods cannot
achieve.
15. Will these shoes cause blisters?
As long as you choose the correct size, our shoes should not cause blisters. Our 3D printed shoes
are designed as a single piece that molds to the foot’s shape. Ensure there’s a thumb’s
width of space inside the shoe. We recommend wearing socks for the first week to allow the
shoe material to adapt to your foot shape before going barefoot.
16. Why aren’t white shoes suitable for outdoor activities like rock climbing or hiking?
White shoes can get scratched by rocks, making dirt hard to remove and stains more visible,
which is why they are less suitable for such activities.
17. How do I clean the shoes?
For light cleaning, use a dry face towel with mild soap or a mixture of soap and toothpaste to
gently scrub the shoe surface. Rinse with clean water. Avoid using hard brushes to prevent
damage. For daily cleaning, simply rinse with water. If debris gets stuck in the lattice, use a high-
pressure showerhead to clean. After washing, wipe with a dry, soft cloth and let the shoes air dry
in the shade to avoid yellowing or fading.
18. Will these shoes cause my feet to overheat?
Our materials are very skin-friendly and won't cause your feet to overheat.
19. What happens if small stones get into the shoes? What if I step on a nail?
Our shoes have a staggered lattice sole structure. This design ensures that small stones only get
trapped in the outer layer and do not penetrate further. This feature is crucial to let customers
know our shoes are as protective as traditional shoes.
20. Can these shoes help with foot odor? Will they make my feet smell?
Our shoes feature 360-degree breathability, ensuring your feet stay dry and odor-free, making
them ideal for those with foot odor concerns.
21. Isn’t 3D printing slow? How are your shoes printed so quickly?
We use ultra-high-speed 3D printers, which are much faster and more advanced than
conventional 3D printing technology.
22. How long does it take to print a pair of shoes?
It takes about an hour to print a pair of adult shoes.
23. What material are the shoes made of? Is it toxic?
Our shoes are made from high-performance, flexible polymers (PU + bio-based materials). The
materials are non-toxic, odorless, environmentally friendly, and sustainable.
